Automated Systems Analyst I
I administered Clarity (HMIS), managing access, permissions, data integrity, and platform reliability for internal teams and external partners. Alongside that work, I developed automation, analytics, and applications to improve county workflows.
The OHS Kiosk App
I independently designed, developed, and deployed a production web application on public kiosks across the county, helping unhoused individuals access county resources. Built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and maintained through GitHub, the app was designed for reliability, accessibility, and ease of use in unattended environments.

- Designed Power Automate workflows, scripts, and backend integrations to reduce manual work across departments.
- Built Python and pandas pipelines to clean and standardize Excel datasets for audits, analytics, and reporting.

Automated Systems Technician
I provided on-call IT support and responded to critical after-hours incidents, supporting continuous network availability for more than 2,000 users. My work included field troubleshooting at remote clinics and county facilities.
- Diagnosed LAN/WAN issues with ping, tracert, and DNS queries, escalating subnet configuration issues when needed.
- Worked with external IT teams to assign static IPs for remote deployments.
- Managed DHCP and DNS records for internal devices and applications.
- Used Tanium to collect MAC and IP information for asset and address management.
- Documented network configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and team standards.
