Hi, I’m Raymond.
Curious by nature.
I’m a NOC Analyst at Lightning AI, working across infrastructure monitoring, Linux troubleshooting, telemetry, and incident response.
Before Lightning AI, I worked in systems analysis and IT operations at San Bernardino County. I built automation workflows, data pipelines, dashboards, and the OHS Kiosk App to help make county services easier to access.
I like asking questions, trying ideas, and learning through the things I build. My projects range from DevOps pipelines to a turtle-themed game and Arduino experiments.
Outside of technology, I enjoy hiking, painting, exploring new places, Beat Saber, longboarding, and gardening.
